In addition, information such as shipping country, item, quantity, frequency, and additional request details entered during the quote inquiry are generally not considered personal information unless they include identifiable details. If any names, addresses, phone numbers, etc. are entered, such data will be handled in accordance with this policy.

Personal information is collected through direct input via the website’s quote inquiry form.

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
Collected personal information is retained for two (2) years from the date of collection and will be destroyed without delay thereafter, or immediately upon user request.
However, retention may be extended where required by applicable laws.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
We do not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of the user.
However, exceptions may apply where disclosure is required by law.
